There is something truly magical about a spring table. As the garden begins to wake up, I find myself drawn to the timeless combination of soft greens and rosy pinks. This year, I wanted my Easter tablescape to feel like a miniature garden party—complete with a picket fence and, of course, a few hopping friends!
I started my table with a White with Pink French Toile tablecloth. Toile is such a classic choice for adding a sense of history and elegance to a room. To keep the look fresh and garden-inspired, I layered vibrant green leaf placemats directly over the toile. This "pattern-on-pattern" approach adds a wonderful depth that mimics the layered look of a real spring garden.
The Art of the Plate Stack
Layering is the secret to a professional-looking table. For this setting, I wanted the colors to "pop" against the sage background:
The Base: A pink scalloped charger provides a bold, feminine frame for the entire stack.
The Middle: A sage green dinner plate pulls the color from the tablecloth upward, creating a seamless transition.
The Star: The Bordallo Pinheiro Pink Rabbit salad plate. I adore the cabbage-leaf texture and the artisanal feel of these pieces; they are a must-have for any spring collection!
The Topper: To finish the stack with a bit of height and whimsy, I added darling bunny dessert bowls.
For the focal point, I decided to go a bit more literal with my "Secret Garden" theme. I created a lush base of vibrant green moss and enclosed it with a miniature white picket fence.

The star of the table is my sweet bunny dressed in a pink tutu juggling macarons.
Inside this tiny garden, I tucked in pink tulips , lilies, pink roses and a family of bunnies. It feels like a small world discovered right in the middle of the dining room!
To mirror the colors of the floral arrangements, I mixed my glassware: pink champagne flutes for a touch of celebratory sparkle and green goblets for a grounded, earthy feel.
The napkins are a pink and green floral print, bringing all the colors of the table together into one textile. They are held perfectly in place by bunny napkin rings—the ultimate "finishing touch" for an Easter celebration.
Wishing everyone a happy upcoming Easter.
