This year, I am going pink with gold. Valentine's table. This is definitely a girlie theme, since we love pink. The gold breaks up the pink nicely. I am showing off my new tablecloth which is roses, so fun and perfect with this table.
Pink roses make such a beautiful presentation in a crystal vase. I even tinted the water to match. I added baby's breath for a lovely touch.
Gold placemats sit a-top this lovely pink roses tablecloth, Dollar Tree pink heart placemats lighten up the gold. Beautiful gold flatware ties in nicely, especially with the golden goblets.
I even added some cute pink hearts to the chandy. If you visit often, you know I am known to decorate the chandeliers and of course the chairs. My trusty pillow case trick works like a charm. I love using chair sashes, bands, etc.
Cute little favor boxes at each place setting, some are pink and others are gold.
I baked little heart cakelets for each guest with strawberry filling and powdered sugar. The pink lace heart doilies are perfect and also a Dollar Tree item.
Below is the Tiered Heart Cakelets pan I bought from Amazon.
The candle holders are a Home Goods find. I bought them years ago. You cannot go wrong with gold and crystals. I added pink tapers for a romantic look.
Champagne is perfect for romance. My husband and I enjoy Champagne every Sunday, a tradition we started years ago. I made the heart shaped roses a couple of years ago. You can find the post Here.
The Rosette Round Tablecloth is on sale now, formerly $53.44, NOW $21.38. It comes in many colors from Linentablecloth.com

Linda, I am swept away by this lovely pink and gold tablescape. I certainly fell in love with your new pink rose tablecloth. And for that price, I am tempted to order one too. It reminds me of the love rose cakes that have butter cream roses in a lovely pink swirl that looks just like the tablecloth. So romantic and, yet, yummy too. It really is striking when you paired it with the gold accents and filigree dinnerware. Your crystal vase with roses are truly a vision of loveliness. Stunning. I always enjoy blog hopping with you. Have a great celebration on Valentine's Day.

ReplyDeleteLinda, I knew I could count on you to up the glam factor for a Valentine's table! You are the absolute Queen of Glam! That tablecloth is gorgeous, and everything from the chair slips and their trim (love the hearts there as well as the 3D one you hung), to the cakelets and the plates on which they rest, and your gift boxes....it's all your signature style, and so well done. I love your Sunday tradition of champagne, we should all toast the good in our everyday lives! Cheers to a Happy February and Happy Valentine's!
ReplyDeleteStunning and glamorous table! The filigree gold plates are exquisite and look gorgeous on the lovely tablecloth. You know my heart about flowers. Those pink roses and babies breath are just beautiful! Plate stack is creative as usual and your entire room all decked out is set for a queen!
