Heart full, table set! ❤️ I am beyond excited to host a Valentine’s brunch for my favorite group of ladies my fellow cloggers! We’re gathering on February 6th for food, friendship, and a little festive spirit. This year, the men are joining the fun too; I’m styling a dedicated "Gentlemen’s Brunch" table just for them in our breakfast room.
There’s something so special about gathering around a table of pink and red to celebrate the friends who keep us on our toes (literally!). From the rosette textures to the heart-shaped layers, every detail was chosen with love for this amazing group. Happy Valentine’s Day to the "sole-mates" who make life so much fun! 🩰
The Rosette Tablecloth is the "wow" factor. The 3D satin roses create a deep, luxurious texture that mimics a bed of real flowers. It provides a vibrant red base that makes the lighter pink elements pop.
I layered a light pink runner with vintage-style rose bouquets and delicate red bows over the heavy rosette texture, you’ve added a soft, "shabby chic" elegance that keeps the red from feeling too heavy.
Heart-Cone Trees: These flanking pieces covered in alternating rows of red and pink hearts repeat the conical shape of the cake and pull the theme together from end to end. They even light up!
The Faux "L’Amour" Cake is a stunning focal point. The tiered white base with pink "drapery" icing and pink hearts gives the table a classic bakery feel. It adds necessary height to the center of the long table.
A Cluster of deep red roses in a pink heart-shaped box adds a touch of natural beauty and reinforces the literal "heart" theme. These are forever roses that last for years. My husband bought them for me, just for Valentines. They compliment the table nicely. In the background are party favors I created. for the ladies.
The Place Settings: layered Love
Using pink "petal" placemats is a lovely choice. They look like giant fallen blossoms and soften the transition between the red tablecloth and the white plates.
The Plate Stack: Large white heart shaped plate topped with a red & white heart sa
lad plate plus a smaller red or white heart dessert plate. The seating is part of the decor, with white textured covers and thick red sashes that echo the bows on the table runner.
The finishing Touches are the pink and red heart-patterned napkins with delicate lace trim add a vintage touch, while the beaded heart napkin rings provide a bit of sparkle and sophisticated weight.
Mood and Atmosphere
The tall slender pink champagne flutes and the pink taper candle in the bow-shaped holder add a refined, celebratory glow.
Our dining room all decked out for my Valentine Party.
I hope you visit the other table stylists below for lovely Valentine inspiration.
I shall be sharing the Valentine table I set for the men at a later date.
Thank you for your visit. Have a lovely Valentine's Day.

ReplyDeleteThe valentine cakes down the center create a charming centerpiece. You know I say this often, but love the setting of this room with the long dining table. The layers of linens, the chair covers w/ bow, and those darling bow candle holders are the perfect touch. Happy Valentine's Day!
PS. Huge thank you for getting me back on course with my blog so it would post for today. You are the absolute best!!!!
Linda your lovely valentine table does not disappoint with all the beautiful points of interest. Your centerpiece looks so real one would not know it is a faux cake. I have always admired your roses table covering...how sensuous and luxurious is that bed of roses? Softening it with the pretty pink runner enhances your table. Your menu is a delight and I am sure your clogging friends are going to love the savory and sweet choices for your party. Thanks for letting us share a peek at what will be a wonderful time with the gals. Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours ❤️❤️❤️
ReplyDeleteLinda your table is beautiful as always. Love the sparkle hearts hanging from the chandelier. Your menu sounds really delicious. This is fun to see all of your personalities coming through with your sweet Tablescapes. Hugs. Kris
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of a Valentine brunch and this table is just too darned cute! ReplyDeleteWow - what a fun table for your clogging friends! The menu sounds delish with so many choices! I adore your napkin rings as they are so sweet. As always, your table is festive and welcoming!
ReplyDeleteThis is Valentine’s Day perfection! I love that you have wrapped the chairs. I’ve done that in the past, but it has, seriously, been decades ago. Because I’m always stymied by centerpieces, I love what you’ve done here. That cake in particular blows my skirt up.
ReplyDeleteLinda, what a delightful Valentine’s table. Your clogging friends are going to have such a fun time, who wouldn’t feel so special sitting at your brunch table? I love the glittering hearts hanging from your chandelier, they really make a statement. Your menu sounds perfect, too. Happy Valentine’s Day! Lidy
ReplyDeleteLinda, your clogging friends are going to be so thrilled when they step into your dining room and see your beautiful table. I can just hear the oohs and ahhs! I love the stack of heart plates and I especially love the pink runner with roses. The faux cake makes a lovely statement as the centerpiece. I always enjoy seeing your chair coverings to complement your table. The brunch menu is perfect. How fun to include a table for the guys! Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful setting for brunch with friends! I think what makes your table are the layers of roses and petals in pink and red. I also love your pretty runner, and of course the arrangements in the heart boxes are so, so pretty. Happy Valentine's Day, Linda!
ReplyDeleteOh Linda, your Sole-mate clogging friends and their hubbies are in for a beautiful treat with your menu and your gorgeous table. I always have to scroll back and look everything over again. The layering really does create a shabby chic effect. I love those b darling napkins with your plate stack. How I love your rosette tablecloth. You find the most unique centerpieces. Enjoy your ❤️ party with your friends.
ReplyDeleteLinda, What a very cute and charming table for the ladies. I love everything about it. First the stacked cake and cone trees are so precious. I am a baker of cakes and have attempted making tiered cakes. They make the most beautiful centerpieces but what a challenge. So a faux piece has just the charm needed for a Valentine's Day table. The rose tablecloth has always been my favorite. It brings such beautiful texture to the table like bathing in rose petals. Such luxury. The plate stack of heart plates are a lucky find. It is hard to come across those many plates in the share of a heart. The box shaped candle holder is a great match to the centerpiece. It adds to all of the sweetness. It is like sitting on top of a beautiful cake with all of the roses, swirls, hearts and soft colors. I hope the ladies enjoyed it as much as I didl Happy Valentine's Day.
ReplyDeleteWow, your friends are in for a real treat! Your table looks beautiful. I love the combination of pink and red. The plate stack is so pretty and festive. I'm sure your friends will enjoy the delicious meal as much as the lovely table. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteThe ladies are so lucky to be able to share all your charming decore!! What a treat!!.another winner Linda...Have fun!!
ReplyDeleteLinda, your tablecloth is indeed "Wow" and is the perfect setting for your charming heart shaped dishes. Really enjoyed the Valentine topiary trees and the beautiful faux cake that runs down the center of the table. Your menu is one I would absolutely enjoy as I'm sure your clogging friends will. All the multiple shades of pink add to the ambiance and signal to all that Valentine's Day has arrived and is being celebrated. Have a wonderful Valentine's Day!

ReplyDeleteOh Wow Linda! This is just all so fabulous and your guests are going to be stunned, to say the least. The plate stack is amazing and faux cake centerpiece and the cone valentine trees are keepers, for sure. I love the flowered pink runner on that vibrant red rose tablecloth and the heart napkins and napkin rings are adorable. Love the decorated chandy and the Valentine's tree in the background too. The forever roses from your husband are so pretty. The menu sounds absolutely delicious. What a wonderful treat it all is for your clogging gals and I hope you all have a fantastic time. Happy Valentine's Day!

Oh Linda, what a visual treat for the senses, and the menu sounds delicious! I think having the guys there too for a breakfast brunch is a spectacular idea. Give those guys some food for thought in both the meal and the decor so they know what their ladies like! And the ladies will not just like this, they will LOVE it. Love that they are your "sole" mates. All the special touches, from the place settings to the cake towers and those beautiful textiles, not to mention takeaways for each guest - really makes a special event of the Valentine celebration.
