How was Christmas?  Ours was very quiet.  Just Paul, my son Jason and myself. We bought a Honey Baked ham for Christmas day. It's been raining a lot.  In fact, our power went off during the middle of the night Christmas eve and stayed off most of the day.  Thank goodness we have a generator. Today we have no rain. It is suppose to be sunny, but cold.

The mountains have snow now.  We live a little over an hour from Truckee. I am sure there are lots of people driving up to ski.

I love all of the inspiration. It is difficult to pick the features, because we have so many wonderful posts. There is so much creativity out there. Thank you friends for sharing your lovely posts. Feel free to use this featured button.

  5. Your quiet Christmas sounds quite lovely, apart from the power failure, which could be problematic. Wishing you a lovely between-time and very happy new year.
