I hope everyone is enjoying this summer. We have had some hot days here in sunny California. I have been hanging out by the pool with our dogs, trying to keep cool. Watermelon is a favorite snack. So sweet and refreshing!
Working outdoors, it is always best to start your day early. Paul and Jason are adding screening and lattice to the cottage to keep the critters from digging and living under it. It has a raised foundation.
I am working on a post for Christmas in July, partnering with King of Christmas. I am creating a beachy, coastal theme. Stay tuned for that post toward the end of July. Think blue! I cannot believe how fast summer is flying by.

ReplyDeleteThis has been a perfect summer to hang out by the pool. Sure wish I had one. We just ended our third heat wave. I doubt that they’re over for the summer and other than a horrific storm on the fourth. We are very dry. I’ll be glad when summer is over! Can’t go fast enough for me.
