We are having a heat spell right now, so the air conditioner is running 24/7. My oven is fixed., although it is too hot to bake. We cut down one of our palm tree because it was too tall to trim. It was the wrong type of palm to plant. We had one of our garden helpers trim some palm trees to make it look more tropical and open. There were a lot of dead palm leaves in the middle. I like the new look!

Always love stopping by Linda! We are going to have a lot of heat this week as well. Your pool looks soo inviting, and I'm sure all the tree trimming has made a huge difference! I am giving away a copy of two books this week and the giveaway lasts for two weeks :) I hope you stay cool this upcoming week, many blessings to you!
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear Linda, for featuring our new book! I was so blessed to see this! We appreciate it more than we can say. God bless you richly! Your new palm tree arrangement is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love the way the palms look trimmed-they do look very tropical. One of the things I missed most moving from Florida to the Midwest was the 'rustling' of the palm fronds. There is no other sound quite like it. We have been having almost tropical weather here in WI but I sure wish I could hear the palm trees rustling to go along with it. Lovely inspirations here today, too. xo Diana
