Spook-Tacular Buffet

I thought I would re-post this, so some of the bloggers who didn't see it the first time can enjoy. Time for some creepy, crawly, ghostly fun! I felt like a kid creating this table. Every once in awhile, my husband would come in and move things around....ha ha

My little leopard fairies, make good
witches too!

The tombstones came from the Dollar store.

I created the bottle labels on my computer.

The cute pumpkin plates came from QVC

Scary creepy large spider I found at Cost Plus.

Aren't these eyeballs cute?  They are candy...

I created the Swamp Juice label....I added green food coloring to the water to make it look swampy.

I created the ghost with an old white curtain and a styrofoam ball. It is sitting on a candle holder.

Here's my wine bottles again.  The make some spooky beverages.
I also spray painted one of the bottles bright red. There's those eyeballs again. The skeleton hand is candy.

The hand came from the Dollar store too. We love our little candy dish with the ghost face and hands.  Everytime you come close to the bowl, it says something. It even laughs and says it tickles.  No sneaking candy from this bowl.

The extra large spider web came from Kmart for $2.99

It's been fun!  I love creating!  We are having a Halloween dinner
The menu is:
Cocktail fingers, with your choice of beverage. Swamp Juice, Bloody Mary, Witches brew.
Mummy meatloaf, Ghostly Potatoes and spider web Pumpkin Cheesecake

The meatloaf idea came from: Hooked On houses

linking up with Susan for Tablescape Thursday

Also I am  joining The Domestic Witch for a Halloween party

                                Also linking up with Eighteen25

  8. Wow! No Halloween detail left unturned at your buffet! Love putting the eyes on a skewer horizontally. Why did I throw away my white gauzy curtain -- I certainly could have used it! What a fun, fun buffet table you have created. Joni

  9. I am thrilled to follow you back. Your taste and mine are very similar. I love your home, your yard and pool and your setting.

The kitchen remodel is incredible. All the details are just perfect. I just posted our kitchen remodel on my sidebar, isn't it fun to cook in a fabulous kitchen?

I am a fairy girl too and those leopard print ones are to die for. Wherever did you get those? I would love to add them to my collection.

The buffet is fantstic, I did the eye balls on a stick, but not just two so they look real, that is very clever. I would love to be invited over for Halloween.

    Great blog, keep it up.

  14. This is wonderful, spookie without being too scary and even a little elegant. How in the world did you manage to pull that off? Love the fairy as a witch, usually don't really like witch decorations, but using a fairy is too cute! Wonderful fairytale table you have created!
